2. Services

mockrr uses OpenAI for generating prompts, Next-Auth for authentication (Google and GitHub), Google Analytics for analytics, and Stripe for payment processing. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use mockrr. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use mockrr for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service, its users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering, unauthorized access, transmitting malware, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

When sharing problems publicly, you agree to: (a) only share content you have the right to share; (b) ensure shared content is appropriate for educational purposes; (c) not share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights; and (d) not attempt to circumvent or abuse the sharing features.

6. User-Generated Content and Sharing

When you create problems or other content on mockrr, you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights. However, by sharing problems publicly through our platform, you grant mockrr and other users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, use, and practice with your shared content for educational and coding practice purposes.

You acknowledge that when you share a problem publicly:

  • Other users can view the problem statement and start their own coding sessions
  • Users can vote on and provide feedback about your problems
  • The content becomes part of the community problem library
  • Users with active sessions may continue to access shared problems even after you stop sharing them

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share does not infringe on third-party rights and complies with these terms. You may stop sharing problems at any time, but users with active sessions will retain access until completion of their work.

7. AI and Automated Feedback

mockrr uses AI-generated feedback. You acknowledge that such feedback is automated, may be inaccurate, and should not be relied on as a substitute for human judgment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of mockrr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Morgan Latimer LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of mockrr may require payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation policies are described at the point of purchase. Prices and features are subject to change with notice.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments made for subscriptions or premium features. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for previously paid periods.

10. Disclaimers

mockrr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan Latimer LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; or (c) any other matter relating to the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to mockrr at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
